We have an offer on The Anniversary Home.
Not really the offer we were hoping for, but an offer nonetheless, and we're hoping it goes the distance. That is, to say, all the way to the closing date.
There are, without a doubt, several hurdles to overcome, so I'm not getting my hopes up yet. But, say a prayer for us please. We really want to sell our pretty little house.
I'll keep you all updated on how this goes. For a nail biter like me, this is too much.
